Having heard Mr Choudhary, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant, he has invited my attention to the death certificate of applicant Bharat s/o Shenphadu Palode, who has expired on 13th October, 2009. The said accused was convicted by the learned 4th Ad hoc Assistant Sessions Judge, Aurangabad, by an order dated 16th January, 2003, which was later on partly modified by the learned Sessions Judge, Aurangabad on 10th December, 2003.

As the applicant-accused is reported to be dead, Criminal Revision Application abates.
