PER COURT :- The petitioner is objecting to the voters list published by the respondent for the purpose of elections to the village Panchayat. According to the respondents, provisional voters list was published on 1.6.2014. The objections were required to be submitted before 6.6.2014. However,t he objections were tendered by the petitioner on 24.6.2015 and 25.6.2015 respectively. In the mean while the list was also finalized on 13.6.2015 as per the declared programme. Since the objections are received after finalization of voters list, those have not been considered by the respondent and rightly so. Even otherwise the petitioner is not the person who is

{2} wp 6636.15.odt affected, as a result of the change in enlistment of names of voters in a particular ward. Merely because, the petitioner's electoral prospects are likely to be affected, can not be a ground requiring consideration in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under article 226 of the Constitution of India. Petition is, therefore rejected.

If according to the petitioner, excess Court fees is paid, It would be open for the petitioner to make request for refund of such excess Court fees.
