Heard learned counsel for Applicant - accused and learned A.P.P. for State. Perused
impugned order of conviction and sentence passed. It is stated that the Applicant as under-trial, was on bail and after conviction, sentence has been suspended by the trial Court till filing of the Appeal. It is stated that the amount of fine has been already paid.

The Criminal Application is allowed. The impugned sentence of imprisonment alone of the Applicant- accused is suspended till decision of the Appeal which has been admitted, subject to the Applicant appearing before the trial Court on 13th July 2016 and furnishing P.R.B. and S.B. in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand). While admitting the Applicant - accused to bail, the trial Court shall add condition that Applicant shall mark his presence in the trial Court every three months till disposal of the present Appeal. 3.
The trial Court shall send yearly report in January, about compliance regarding appearance
of the accused. Trial Court to also report compliance regarding furnishing of bail by accused.
