PER COURT :- Today the learned A.P.P produced on record the communication of Police Inspector of Jinsi City Police Station, Aurangabad. The communication dated 4.1.2021 shows that the crime came to be registered at C.R. No.471 of 2020 for the ofences punishable under Section 406, 465, 468, 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on the basis of the complaint given by present petitioner. In view of relief claimed in the present matter, this Court holds that the purpose of the present matter is served. So, the present proceeding is disposed of.
