Mr. Sangle, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 4 and 5 submits that he is in possession of Cheque of Rs.28,85,847/- payable to the petitioners. The said cheque is in the name of Registrar of this Court. 2.

Respondents shall deposit the said cheque within one day. Upon deposit of the cheque, the petitioners are at liberty to withdraw the same as per order of this Court in Writ Petition No. 14881 of 2017. 3.

Contempt petition is disposed of.
