Writ Petition Nos.6636/2024, 6637/2024 and 6638/2024 were not on board. By consent of the parties, these matters are taken on the Production Board.

The learned Advocates for the Petitioners in the respective Petitions submit that, all these matters were inadvertently left out from the group of the Petitions [Writ Petition No.5505/2024 (Anil Pandit Patil Vs. State of Maharashtra and others) and connected matters], which were decided by an order dated 21/06/2024, and they need to be considered in the light of the same order.

The learned Advocates for the respective sides submit that the said order dated 21/06/2024, would be applicable to the present matters as well.

In view of the above and for the reasons set out in the order dated 21/06/2024 (supra), all these Writ Petitions are partly allowed with the same directions as are set out in paragraph No.7 of the said order.
