Applicant seeks condonation of delay of 577 days caused in filing application for setting aside abatement and bringing legal heirs of sole appellant on record.

The cause of action survives against the present applicants, who are legal heirs of the deceased appellant. For the reasons stated in the application it stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'. The civil application is disposed of. 3.

Amendment shall be carried out within a period of two (02) weeks from today.
