The report of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Anti Corruption Bureau, Jalgaon, dated 18th January, 2016 would show that respondent No. 1 - Ramdhan Shamrao Patil has died on 30th December, 2012. True copy of the death certificate, issued by the Municipal Corporation of the City of Jalgaon is also filed on record alongwith the report.

The present appeal was admitted only against respondent No. 1. In the circumstances, the appeal abates and is accordingly disposed of.
