Mr. Wagh, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner's batch and conductor's license is not renewed.

Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 submits that, the show cause notice is issued to the petitioner and decision would be taken pursuant to the show cause notice. Mr. Wagh, the learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that, the petitioner has already filed reply to the show cause notice on 03.06.2019. 3.

In that case, the respondent authorities shall take decision pursuant to the show cause notice issued (page No. 15) within a period of seven (07) days from today. Pursuant to the decision

2 wp 6952.20 taken on show cause notice, the further decision be taken with regard to the grievance of the petitioner for renewal of batch and conductor's license.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
