The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the vigilance of the petitioner was conducted and the officers have filed the Vigilance Report on 29-07-2021. Thereafter, hearing was also concluded on 22-11-2021. The learned AGP appears for respondents.

In case, the hearing has been concluded by the Scrutiny Committee on 22-11-2021, then within a period of seven days from today the Scrutiny Committee shall take final decision in respect of the petitioner's matter. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
