The petitioner desires that Appeal No.47/2012 should not be heard and decided by the School Tribunal at Latur. 2.

The petitioner has preferred this writ petition in the light of an application dated 26/12/2014 filed before the learned Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Latur by which the petitioner has requested the learned Presiding Officer not to hear Appeal No.47/2012. Grievance is that the said School Tribunal continues to hear Appeal No.47/2012.

Having considered the submissions of the learned Advocates for the petitioner and the contents of the application dated 26/12/2014, I do not find that any specific ground has been taken up by the petitioner, on the basis of which they desire that Appeal No.47/2012 should not be heard before the learned Presiding Officer. 4.

In the light of the above, I am not inclined to entertain this petition. Same is, therefore, dismissed.
