The instant application is for withdrawal of the amount already deposited by the respondents in the office of this Court. 2.

It is submitted that the learned SLAO had granted Rs.1200 to 1400/- per R. Same is enhanced to Rs.2380/- per R by the learned reference court.

Considering the maximum amount is Rs.2,16,000/-, following order is passed:

I.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited in the office of this court alongwith accrued interest, on furnishing usual undertaking.

The application stands disposed of.
