Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner as also the learned AGP who appears for respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2.
The petitioner is before this Court since no decision is being taken on his application regarding reference of a dispute, submitted by him under Section 79 to 80 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 and Rule 75 of the Model Bye-laws for the Co-operative Housing Society, (Exhibit - B). Learned AGP submits that the decision would be taken within four weeks.
