The learned counsel submits that tribe certificate was issued to the petitioner with incorrect spelling of the tribe. The petitioner applied for issuance of corrected tribe certificate on 06th July, 2021. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has also surrendered original tribe certificate with the incorrect spelling with the respondent No. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for both respondents.

In case, the petitioner has surrendered original tribe certificate with the incorrect spelling and filed online application with the respondent No. 2 for issuance of corrected tribe certificate, then the respondent No. 2 shall have to verify original

2 wp 8056.21 tribe certificate with the incorrect spelling having been issued by his office and thereafter, issue corrected certificate to the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of three

(03) weeks from today.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
