The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the proposal seeking verification of the tribe claims of petitioners is not accepted.

The learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents/State on instructions submits that, the petitioners have not submitted online applications. The petitioners have to file online applications.

The petitioners shall file online applications complete in all respects. In case the petitioners file the proposal complete in all respect seeking verification of their caste claims, then the Committee shall accept the same and decide it in accordance with law, expeditiously.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
