1] We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent no.1.

2] Vide order dated 9th July, 2014, passed in W.P. No. 5350 of 2014, this Court had directed the BCCI to decide the representation of the petitioner association. Same is rejected. Thereafter, a fresh proposal is given wherein request is made for supplying copies of the Rules and Regulations. According to petitioner, same is not yet supplied. Petitioners may move appropriate authorities in this regard, as may be permissible in law. All contentions are kept open. Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
