PER COURT :- The petitioner claims to belong to Thakur, scheduled tribe and was admitted to medical course as against a seat reserved for ST category. The tribe certificate issued to the petitioner is referred to the scrutiny committee for verification and the claim is stated to be pending. In the facts of the case, this petition can be disposed of by directing Respondent No.2 scrutiny committee to decide the tribe certificate verification proposal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from today and it is accordingly directed.

The petition is disposed of.
