This is an application for condonation of delay of 926 days in preferring appeal against judgment and award dated 05.08.2016 in LAR No.312 of 2014. 02.

The delay is inordinate. The applicants have endeavoured to assign reasons for the delay in preferring the appeal. The applicants have deposited entire amount of compensation in terms of award impugned herein. 03.

Having regard to impersonal nature of the applicants and to advance cause of substantive justice, the delay in preferring the appeal deserves to be condoned.
