ORDER:

The petitioner is transferred from Zilla Parishad Buldana to Zilla Parishad, Jalna. The petitioner has also joined with Zilla Parishad, Jalna. The petitioner, in no uncertain words, has given his consent that he may be reverted from the post of graduate teacher to primary teacher and he is ready to accept such a posting.

The insistence of Z.P. Jalna is that Z.P. Buldana Jalgoan should pass order of reversion. The Commissioner has also passed an order directing the Zilla Parishad Jalna to give posting to the petitioner. 3.

In light of above, within a period of two weeks from today, the Zilla Parishad Jalna shall give posting to the petitioner as a primary teacher considering that the petitioner is reverted from Graduate teacher to the Primary Teacher.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
