Petitioners' proposals are pending with the respondent - Scrutiny Committee for verification of the Tribe Certificate. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that they are in dire need of some decision in the wake of the on going admission process through MHT-CET . The learned advocate submits that already vigilance was conducted in the matter of their father, Real uncle and cousin brother. A reply was filed by the father to that report. The petitioners are ready to accept the same vigilance report and would adopt the reply given by their father and the committee may be directed to decide the proposal at the earliest.

Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the Committee would decide the petitioners' proposal within four weeks. Without indicating and keeping it open for the committee to consider the petitioners' request so as to expedite their matter inasmuch as they are ready to accept the vigilance report conducted in the father's matter and even ready to adopt the reply filed by them and decide the petitioners proposals as expeditiously as possible and in any case within three weeks. The writ petition is disposed of.
