) would be considered and decided by the respondent No. 4 within eight weeks.

We dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the respondent No. 4 to pass appropriate order on the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2023 (Exh. 'F'

) as expeditiously as possible and in any case within eight weeks from today.
