Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

Issue notice to the respondents. Learned APP waives notice for respondent No.1 State and Mr. Patnurkar, learned counsel waives notice for respondent No.2.

This is an application for restoration of Criminal Revision Application No.70/2017.

As per order dated 28.04.2017 passed in Criminal Revision Application No.70/2017, office objections were directed to be removed within two weeks from the date of order and failure to remove the office objections, the application to stand dismissed without further 1/2

Pursuant to the said order Criminal Revision Application No.70/2017 was dismissed in summer vacation. Now, the applicant has moved this application for restoration on the ground as set out in the application. Respondent No.2 has no objection to restore the application. Thus, in view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. 5.

Criminal Revision Application No.70/2017 is restored to its original position. The applicant shall remove the office objections within two weeks. 6.
