The application under section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, filed by the Petitioner on 17th September, 2019 before the Respondent, has still not been decided. The statute prescribes 30 days limitation. It is practically four years that the application is pending. 2.
In view of the above, we direct that the said application shall be decided by following the due procedure laid down in law, within a period of 30 days from today.

The Writ Petition is disposed off.
