The Petitioners are before this Court for seeking rental compensation along with interest.

The learned advocate representing Respondent No.3 submits that the chart is ready with the District Collector, which is placed on record. Respondent No.3 would deposit the money with Respondent No.2, within 30 days from today. Thereafter, Respondent No.2 would disburse amounts to the Petitioners strictly in accordance with the verified chart, within a period of 45 days. Since the LRs are before this Court, the Competent Authority would ascertain the claims and would also call upon these LRs to indemnify themselves in the event there is any dispute in respect of the disbursement.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed off. A request for extension of time from the Respondent No.2, will not be entertained.
