Heard. This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 29.02.2024 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Chh. Sambhajinagar. The petitioner now submits that in view of Order passed in Review Application No. 196 of 2024 in Writ Petition No. 14387 of 2019 dated 12.09.2024, Revision is maintainable before the Registrar General under the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act. The petitioner, therefore, wants to withdraw this writ petition with leave to approach the learned Registrar General under the the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act.

The writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
