This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to Respondent No.3-Committee to take decision on the proposal tendered by the petitioner to the Committee on 14.01.2013 in respect of verification of tribe certificate, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today; and it is accordingly directed.

Petitioner makes a grievance that Respondent No.2Institute has withheld his following original documents: (a) SSC (10th) Marks Sheet;

(b) Diploma Marks Sheet;

(c) Leaving Certificate;

(d) Nationality Certificate; and (e) Domicile Certificate.

It is contended that petitioner needs aforesaid documents for Campus Interview.

{2} wp613614.odt Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.2Institute, on instructions, states that the documents would be made available to the petitioner for the purposes of Campus Interview. Petitioner also undertakes that as and when demanded by the Respondent-Institute, he will tender aforesaid documents after the purpose is over.

Respondent No.2-Institute shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner until decision is taken by the Scrutiny committee on the proposal for verification of tribe certificate of the petitioner, merely on the ground that petitioner has failed to submit validity certificate.

With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of. Pending Civil Application does not survive and stand disposed of.
