PER COURT :- Learned counsel appearing for respondent Municipal Council, on instructions, states that, the Municipal Council will conduct appropriate enquiry and if it is noticed that, unauthorized construction is made, appropriate action would be taken in pursuance of the Notice dated 20.6.2015, after observing the procedure prescribed in that behalf. In view of the said statement, nothing survives for consideration in the instant writ petition and the writ petition stands dismissed. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that, the amount of RS.10,000/- deposited by his client be forwarded to the Library Committee of the Bar Association. The amount deposited by the petitioner shall be transferred to the account of Library Committee of Advocates' Association, Aurangabad Bench.
