The learned AGP appearing for the Applicant in the aforesaid applications, submitted that the cheque of the amount of compensation is received to the office of the Government Pleader and the same is to be deposited. However, since the time granted by this Court for depositing the amount is over, the same needs to be extended. In view of the aforesaid fact, the time for depositing the amount stands extended. Registry to accept the cheque.
