Heard Mr Sawant, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr Shah, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Perused the order of this Court dated 1st October, 2016 passed in Writ Petition No.12297 of 2015. Learned Counsel Mr Shah submits that Demand Draft to the tune of Rs.2,91,902/-, issued in favour of the petitioner is received by him and the same is being handed over to Mr Sawant, learned Counsel for the petitioner. Mr Sawant accepts the demand draft on behalf of the petitioner and undertakes this Court that the demand draft would be handed over to the petitioner during the course of the day as the petitioner is yet to reach this Court.

In view of compliance of the order of this Court in letter and spirit, the grievance of the petitioner is now redressed. Contempt petition is accordingly disposed of.
