The present matter was referred for mediation and I am happy to note that the mediation has succeeded.

Learned Mediator Shri Sant has submitted his report along with the terms of compromise duly signed by the parties as well as their counsel. The terms of compromise as well as the affidavits filed by Savita Sukdev Garad and Saraswati Jagannath Garad are taken on record. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties have prayed for allowing the appeal in

terms of the compromise. I have perused the terms of compromise. The terms of compromise do not appear to be in any way unreasonable. The terms as are enumerated are within the four corners of law.

In view of the submissions so made, following order is passed, -

ORDER

The appeal is allowed in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties;

Award be drawn accordingly.

7.

The compromise terms shall form part of the Award.

8.

Pending civil application, if any, stands disposed of.
