PER COURT :- In view of availability of alternate remedy for ventilation of grievances of the petitioner, the writ petition does not deserve to be considered.

Keeping option of the petitioner to avail of alternate remedy available in law open, the writ petition stands disposed of. The learned Judge before whom the appeal would be presented, shall consider the period spent in prosecuting the remedy of writ petition before this Court, while considering the application, seeking condonation of delay in presenting of the appeal.
