Perused the reply filed by the Respondents and also written communication by the petitioner to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed at page No. 47 of the compilation of the Writ Petition.

Upon perusal of the reply filed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, it appears that, there was deduction for two months according to the Chief Executive Officer as the order passed by this Court was not brought to his notice by his subordinates. To that extent, he has tendered unconditional apology. In that view of the matter

342.15 CP and since the petitioner has given the consent to deduct the salary, leaving open that aspect to be agitated at the time of hearing of this Petition, we do not see any willful disobedience by the Respondents. Hence the Petition stands disposed of.
