The learned Advocate for the Petitioner seeks time to take instructions as to whether the Petitioner is registered as an Union under the Trade Unions Act or a Society under the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act or a Trust under the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act. The learned Advocate further desires to place on record the list of those persons who are represented by the petitioner. Leave granted. 2.

Stand over to 31st July, 2023, in the fresh admission category."

Today, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, submits on instructions that, the Petitioner is not a registered

8382.23wp (2) 'Trade Union'. So also, it is not registered as a 'Society' under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act and it is not even a 'Trust' under the Maharashtra Public Trust Act. 3.

As such, the Petitioner has no locus to file this petition.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that, he desires to withdraw this petition. 5.

As such, this petition is dismissed, as withdrawn on instructions.
