Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 were released by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalna in exercise of powers under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in Crime No. 4 of 2016 registered with Shevli Police Station, District Jalna for an offence punishable under Sections 452, 394, 354, 379, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

The cancellation of bail is sought by the complainant through present application on the ground that custodial interrogation of respondent Nos. 2 to 5 - accused is necessary for recovery and

The above referred aspects are already taken into account by learned Sessions Judge before ordering release of the accused, particularly as regards previous enmity between the parties. 4.

Even otherwise, perusal of first information report, in my opinion, does not depict probable things. In my opinion, no case for cancellation of bail is made out. Application fails, same stands dismissed.
