The Petitioner has impugned the seniority published by the Respondent/Management. He did not sign the seniority list. However he raised the objection by making representation on 22.07.2021 and 11.01.2023, asking the Management/Headmaster to prepare the seniority list according to the law. Admittedly, the representation of the Petitioner has not yet decided by the Management or Headmaster as per Rule 12 of the M.E.P.S. Regulations.

In view thereof, we allow this writ petition by directing the Respondent/Management to consider the representation of the
