All these petitioners, who claim to be the Assistant Teachers, desire choice postings and, therefore, have putforth prayer clause (C) as under:- "[C] By issuing appropriate writ or directions in the like nature, respondents no.3, Chief Executive Officer may kindly be directed to consider and decide the claims/representations to the petitioners, annexed at Exh-C, as per circular dated 28.06.2018 issued by respondent no.1, for changing the postings of the petitioners as per their choices by opening the posts of compulsory vacancies."

Considering the above and in the event of there being no legal impediment, respondent No.3-The Chief Executive Officer would consider the pending representations of the petitioners within the framework of the circular dated 28.06.2018, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 15.10.2022.
