The present applicant is the original accused, who has been held guilty in Special Case No.23 of 2014 for the offence punishable under Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short "POCSO Act") and under Section 506 (II) of the Indian Penal Code by [1]
