By an order dated 25th February, 2015, this Court (Coram: M.T.Joshi, J.) has granted stay to the execution of the

{2} ca924016.16.odt award passed by the Reference Court, subject to deposit of entire decreetal amount with interest, in this Court within a period of twelve weeks from the date of that order.

The learned Counsel appearing for applicantacquiring body submits that for want of administrative approval, the amount, though assured, could not be deposited before this Court. She submits that the acquiring body has received the cheque today and same would be deposited in this Court tomorrow.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondentsoriginal claimants has no objection even though the amount is deposited belatedly.

In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to deposit the amount in this Court and ofce to accept the same through cheque till tomorrow and in terms of the order dated 25th February, 2015, there shall be stay to the execution of the impugned award till disposal of the First Appeals.
