This petition can be disposed of by issuing a direction to Respondent No.4-Committee to take decision on the tribe certificate verification proposal of the petitioner pending with the Committee, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from today; and it is accordingly directed. Petitioner has tendered an undertaking on record to the effect that until decision on the verification claim, which is pending before the Scrutiny Committee at Nandurbar, she will not avail any benefits as a member belonging to Scheduled Tribe. The undertaking is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In view of the undertaking tendered in the Court, Respondent No.2-University is directed to declare result of the petitioner of final year B.A.M.S. Examination. It is clarified that
{2} wp623412.odt petitioner shall not be entitled to claim benefits as a member of the Scheduled Tribe category unless the Scrutiny Committee issues validity certificate in her favour.
Writ Petition stands disposed of. In view of disposal of writ petition, Civil Application does not survive and stand disposed of.
