Nobody is present for the petitioner. Seen the contentions made in the petition. The matter is filed to challenge the order of rejection of furlough leave. The order was made on 21/03/2018. As per the the Prisons (Bombay Furlough and Parole)

2 Cri.W.P. No. 854/2018 Rules, in any year application can be made for furlough leave. This Court holds that the matter has become in-fructuous. Further, when the matter was filed in the year 2018, no interest was shown to prosecute the matter. So, the petition is disposed of as in-fructuous and not prosecuted.
