This is second anticipatory bail application filed by applicant in C.R. No.91/2024, registered with M.I.D.C. Police Station, Latur, for offence punishable under Sections 406, 408, 420, 506 r/w 34 of I.P.C.

Learned advocate for applicant submits that CCTV footage of the ofÏce of informant is collected by investigating agency after the anticipatory bail application was withdrawn. He submits that informant has purchased Tiles business from erstwhile owner with whom applicant was working as Manager and after purchase of said business informant has allegedly appointed applicant as a cashier. Next submission is that applicant is prosecuting M.B.A. studies and his examination is scheduled on 08/08/2024.

Anticipatory Bail Application No.468/2024 was withdrawn by applicant on 19/04/2024, as this Court was not SVH

2 1-ABA-1017-24.odt inclined to grant relief. There is no change in circumstance. No case is made out by applicant for grant of bail.

Applicant claims that his M.B.A. First Year Final Examination is scheduled between 08/08/2024 to 13/08/2024, and he may be granted protection to attend the same. Bonafide certificate issued by college and examination schedule is placed on record. In this view of the matter, applicant deserves interim protection to enable him to attend the examination. 5.

In the event of arrest applicant in C.R. No.91/2024, registered with M.I.D.C. Police Station, Latur, for offence punishable under Sections 406, 408, 420, 506 r/w 34 of I.P.C, applicant be released on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount. This protection shall continue till 13/08/2024. 6.

Applicant shall attend concerned police station from 25/07/2024 to 31/07/2024 between 11:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. and shall co-operate in the investigation.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
