The learned Advocate for the Applicant/ MSRTC submits that three cheques for the amounts to be deposited under the order of this Court dated 28.01.2016 are ready. Three cheques can be deposited even today if this Court grants leave to deposit.

Shri Mundada prays for costs.

Considering that the cheques are ready to be deposited, this Civil Application is allowed. The Applicant shall deposit the cheques either today or by the end of 16th August, 2016.

Needless to state, the Respondent/ Employee is at liberty to withdraw the entire amount which is being deposited considering the order dated 28.01.2016 passed by this Court.
