The prayer put forth by the Applicant Bank is for seeking withdrawal of Rs.10 lakhs deposited in this court under order dated 20.3.2019, delivered by the Court in Application for Cancellation of Bail No. 79 of 2018.

As such, we are of the view that this Civil Application cannot be considered by this Court. The Applicant Bank will have to move the Court, which has passed the order directing deposition of Rs.10 lakhs and which, as we are told, has been deposited in the Court on 06.12.2023, vide a DD, after the Hon'ble Supreme Court dismissed the proceedings initiated by the said litigant.

In view of the above, the Civil application is disposed off with liberty as stated above.
