The applicants who are legal representatives of original respondent No.4 in the main appeal have fled this application for bringing themselves on record as legal representatives of respondent No. 4.

Admittedly respondent No. 4 has died on 10.04.2021 as per the death certifcate annexed with Exhibit "A" for identifcation.

Though there is delay of 34 days but considering the right to sue, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'.

The applicants to carry out the amendment within stipulated period.
