The Petitioner is an elected member of the Village Gram Panchayat, Rotegaon, Tq.Vaijapur, Dist.Aurangabad. A work order has been issued by Respondent No.3 / C.E.O., Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad to one Sancheti Associates, Malegaon with regard to laying of internal pipeline work so as to provide water through the tap to the house of every resident of the village, under the Jal Jeewan Mission scheme. The said Sancheti Associates, has not been arrayed as a Respondents. 2.

The Petitioner has appeared before this Court in her khs/July 2023/6946

- 2 - individual capacity challenging the allotment of the work to a contractor. The Grampanchayat has passed a resolution on 25.03.2023 that though the work orders were issued 4 months ago, no work is being done by the said Contractor and the work order be cancelled. 3.

The representation of the Petitioner was delivered to the C.E.O. on 31.05.2023 and the Petitioner has filed this Petition on 13.06.2023.

In the light of the above, since the CEO, Zilla Parishad is expected to deal with the said revision and as the Petitioner' s petition in her individual capacity, cannot be entertained as the Gram Panchayat is not before us and so also, the Contractor has not been arrayed, this petition is, therefore, disposed off.

Let Respondent No.3 apply his/her mind and deal with the said revision.
