Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for respondent.

The applicant seeks bail in C.R.No.596 of 2023 registered with Yawal Police Station, Yawal, District Jalgaon for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 325, 323 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations of assaulting the injured in a room have been levelled against him. The injuries were not bleeding. The material investigation has been completed. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicant. Considering the facts of the case, the applicant has a good case for bail. Hence, the order :-

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

944-BA-1027-24.odt (ii) Applicant Ratu @ Ratdya Anajya Barela be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- with one solvent surety of like amount on the conditions that, (a) He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
