Mr. Desle, learned Counsel for respondent Nos.6, 7 and 9 submits that pursuant to the Resolution dated 09.05.2017 of respondent Nos.6 and 7, the inquiry has been conducted and the same has been sent to the Government. The Resolution is acted upon.

Mr. Syed, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that subsequently on 19.01.2018, a fresh Resolution is passed and the services of the petitioners are saved.
