The order dated 7th September, 2020 passed in Writ Petition No. 5165/2020 filed by the petitioner is clear. We had observed that in case the inspection is being conducted of other institutions for the year 202021, then the same treatment be given to the petitioner and considered for the year 2020-21. It is pointed out that the inspection of other institution is in progress. We had observed that the petitioner had applied for grant of affiliation within the prescribed time and the petitioner had only sought extension of time for inspection to be conducted and that the petitioner had not refrained the committee from carrying out the inspection. 2.

It is in that premise, we had passed the order in writ petition No. 5165 of 2020. Now the technical difficulty is shown by the respondent to comply the order of this court.

Considering the above, we hold that the respond0ents may not rely upon the technical difficulties and if the inspections of other

wp7132-20 institutions are conducted, the inspection of the petitioner Institution be also conducted.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
