PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Junior Clerk is pending with respondent no.1 since the year 2014. The same is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent no.1 and submits that in case, proposal of the petitioner is pending with Education Officer, then Education Officer would decide it on its own merits.

In case, proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Junior Clerk (Page No.17) is pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall decide the said

(2) 939-wp-8027-2021 proposal on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (4) months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
