This is an application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.0082/2021, registered at Georai Police Station, District Beed for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 327, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. (R.C.C. No.170/2022 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Georai). 3.

On investigation, charge sheet has been filed. The complainant himself has appeared before this Court and gives no objection for grant of bail to the applicant herein. It is informed that, the applicant was also assaulted. The applicant has very many criminal antecedents and, therefore, the learned A.P.P. urged for rejection of the application. 4.

Since on investigation the charge sheet has been filed, and the victim himself has appeared before this Court to give consent for grant of bail to the applicant, I am inclined to grant bail to the applicant. Hence the order :-

O R D E R

(i) The Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant be released on bail in connection with

Crime No.0082/2021, registered at Georai Police Station, District Beed for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 327, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. (R.C.C. No.170/2022 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Georai) on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(iii) The applicant shall attend the Georai Police Station everyday between 11.00 p.m. and 12.00 midnight until conclusion of the trial.
